1) For
those with a student or work visa, applications can be submitted
to most embassies, the choice of embassies for visa applications
will be decided and documentation provided by schengentour;
2) For
those with a visiting visa, most embassies require that the visa
be multiple entry and its remaining validity is longer than three
months at the end of the tour. If the validity is less than three
months, schengentour
may be able to help but offers no guarantee;
3) For
those with a dependant visa, if both of you join the tour together
there should be no problem. If however, only the dependant decides
to join and then either the dependant must have his/her own letter
from the employer showing his/her name on the letter and his/her
own latest bank statement, or the sponsor must provide a letter
of guarantee and together with his/her own latest bank statement;
4) Whatever
status your visa is, you are to prepare two passport photographs,
fill out two identical visa application forms referring to the sample
forms attached, passport, letter from the employer, latest bank
statement showing a minimum of one thousand pounds balance, return
air ticket back to China (especially for the visiting visa holder)
and travel insurance if available;
5) After
receiving a fifty pounds per person deposit, WDG will provide a
Tour Confirmation Letter together with the confirmation Letter from
the respective hotels. Additional documentation may be provided
by WDG depending on the choice of embassy for visa application;
6) The
same rules apply for those whose parents would like to apply for
visas back in China, and relevant correct documentation will be
provided by WDG upon receipt of the fifty pounds deposit;
7) Correct
procedure=Payment of Deposit>Documentation Preparation>Receipt
of Documentation from WDG>Apply for Visa by post or in person>Visa
Granted>Payment of Remainder Fees>Final Arrangement>Departure;
8) Deposit
is non-refundable unless visa application fails and in which case
twenty five pounds is repayable, the twenty five pounds remainder
will be kept by WDG as processing fee;
9) Although
every effort will be made to ensure the success of visa application,
yet in case of any possible visa failure WDG shall not be held responsible
in any way whatsoever.
